Serve on the NvSRT Board

Board positions & Responsibilities

Serves for a term of one year.
Shall receive and maintain funds of the Society and pay out same only upon orders of the Board of Directors.
Shall present a full financial report at a business meeting selected by the Board of Directors. This report shall be incorporated in the minutes of the meeting.
Perform all duties that usually and customarily pertain to the office.

Shall keep the minutes of Board of Directors and Society meetings to include the annual meeting.
Perform all duties that usually and customarily pertain to the office.
Keep records of membership

Serves for a term of one year.
Shall become acquainted with all of the duties of the president.
In the absence of the president, the vice president shall assume the duties of the president.
Shall perform all duties consistent with the office.

Serve for a term of one year as president-elect.
Automatically assumes the position of president the second year and assumes the office of chair of the Board the third year following election as president-elect.
Shall become familiar with the activities of the Society and shall make all preparations necessary for elevation to the office of president.
In the absence of the president and the vice president shall assume the duties of the president.
Shall perform all duties consistent with the office.
